Space Harmony Reimagined

For Space Harmony Reimagined I collaborated with Laurie Sloan of Counterproof Press at the University of Connecticut. We took light paintings from my Visualizing Space Harmony Series and turned them into lithographic plates. With those plates I then recomposed the shapes to create interesting new ways of looking at the dances. In this series the lines of dance become something else as they are released from gravity and juxtaposed with other marks. A new language is created, and meaning changes through compositional choices.
