Yoga

I have been practicing yoga since 2007. I fell in love with yoga when I discovered that it could help me manage my chronic low back pain and spondylolisthesis (permanent spinal fracture) after a long career as a high level competitive gymnast. I love that yoga helps me eliminate pain, reduce stress, and connect to a deeper sense of self love and compassion. My yoga classes reflect my deep understanding of the human body and the mind body spirit connection. They are deeply introspective, technically rigorous, and accessible to all ability levels with plenty of options to make the practice your own. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Samadhi under Anne Falkowski.

 

You can study yoga with me in a couple different ways.

You can catch me at a local  CT studio:

 Saturdays – 4 – 5:15 Moderate Yoga

Thursdays – 9:30am – 10:45 Power Yoga

You can take an audio recording of a class I’ve taught. You can download the recording and take my teaching with you. You can also stream directly from the website. I have a mix of different class lengths and styles available on Audible Yoga, and they have a 15 day free trial!
